Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During my time as being a Moderator for Zarp Gaming, I've learned the ropes and how to deal with mostly every situation that comes my way or via f1 (Admin Call), I will always keep trying to improve. As I know anyone can do better on how do deal with situations. I know that you have to be Friendly to every player, When they are anything I'm not too sure off, I'd always ask a member off staff who has been here before/more experienced that me (I.E) Admin and above.
I've handled alot of situations where I need to think and listen to both stories before I make my final decision wither it to be warn the offender or verbal warning him. I've saw the ways that Admins do situations and I believe that I could do something like that if I got promoted to Administrator of Zarp Gaming. Everyday, I try to improve on my handling skills so that players will feel welcome and know that we don't allow Rule Breakers in Zarp.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Sometimes if I decide to stay up later (I.E 4/5/6/7 AM), Hardly any Admins are on so it's just moderators or just myself, That is the time where everyone starts to break the server rules causing players to lose fun in the server. I had to answer f1's from 30 players while it was just myself on, I tried my hardest to get them all done in the fastest amount of time so my responce was up to speed so that players if they needed help I could go to them and they wouldn't have to wait a while. I dealt with situations from RDA's (Random Arrest) to questions regarding the server. I then stayed on that server until another member of staff came on so I could finally go to sleep. Sometimes, we have a guy/girl who isn't too happy on why you are warning them, They just stand there and shout saying "Ohhh, I didn't break NLR (New Life Rule), You are telling lies". In they situations you just want to sit him down on the floor as fast as you tped (Teleported) Them but you know you have to let them say there side and then say your side and then hopefully the matter will be resolved.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello Sir/Madam!, I'd like to say congratulations to you as you are now learning to be cool as I am

, Today I will teach you a few of the commands you have and how do use them in the right situations. I hope you are comfy and you have a nice cup of coffee beside you. Now lets begin!

F1 - Opens up staff menu where you can go to players who has requested a member of staff. Once you see one, Right click on your mouse and you will see Request made by <Name here>, Handle this (To handle the call so you can go to him), Discard as spam/abuse (When someone has made a lot of f1's over a short period of time you can do that to get rid of them. Click Handle This and then you will see a new list of commands like Who requested the f1, Goto, Bring, Mark this as finished (When you have finished a call you do that and that gets rid of it for you),Abort this f1 (Use this if a Admin is already with him/in a other situation.

If you are ingame and you need to see if someone has recently been warned for the same reason that you have warned them proves that they haven't changed. If you are in a staff meeting and one of the Owners/Head Admins/Super Admins ask does he have any recent warnings they want you to press f6 and check his name to see if he has any.

A few commands you will need.

/goto <name>/SteamID - This will make you teleport to the player who requested a member of staff/You need to go to them.
/back <Name/SteamID> - Are you done with a f1/a person, Then use /back <name> to teleport them back to where they were.
/freeze <Name/SteamID> - Do you need to speak to someone but they keep running away or keep killing you?, Then use this command. Use is wisely as it could turn on you so use this if you really have to.
/slay <Name/SteamID> explode/rocket/silent - Does someone have a Big gun in the wrong class (I.E Mutant with a shotgun) and won't holster it when you ask them to, then slay them to do get rid of it.
/kick <Name/SteamID> (reason) - This command is the worst command you have, Only use this if you really need to. If a player is mass RDMING (Mass Random Deathmatching) While no staff are on then use the command then. Never use it if you don't really need to.
/warn <Name/SteamID> - Has someone broke a rule and you need to warn them, Then use this command and it will show up on the f6 menu.
/unwarn <Name/SteamID> - Have you warned someone by accident, Then use this command to take it away.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X, I was the person who banned you. You were banned for Prop Spamming which basicly means spamming props hopefully to crash the server. As I see, Your Ban appeal is greatly done and this has been your first ban. I'm willing to lower the ban down to 2 weeks since you broke a major rule that could crash the server, I hope you have a wonderful time playing Zarp and good luck!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe that I should be chosen as I have believe I've had enough experience to know the rules and know the commands when is the appropriate time to use them. During some situations it would be really good to have Admin since you can deal with situations a lot smoother and to the best of your standards, I believe that during my time staying up late players take that as a opportunity to break the server rules, As a Moderator right now, I can't deal with every situations if a Admin isn't on as I can't remove props, Can't deal with bans as I don't have the access as I'm only a Moderator. During my time being staff for Zarp, I've did about 110 f1's and I will still continue to help people if they are in need of assistance from Staff. If I got promoted to Admin, I could stop most rule breakers, Help new players know the rules better and can spend more time interacting with players who are new to Zarp. I believe that I could catch rule breakers more easer due to the fact if someone makes a f1 report on Bob saying the he is mass Rda'ing (Mass Random Arresting) I could spectate Bob and see what he is doing, Which will make handling situations a lot smoother and faster hopefully.

I'd like to say a big Thank you if you read my application and post your negatives/Positives below on ways I can improve on!, Thanks everyone. By the time of the meeting I've been staff for 2 weeks witch some people may say that's enough and some might not. I agree with everyone's opinion on this matter but I think I'm ready for the position.
