When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

I would use the ban command when someone is hacking e.g= speed hack..When someone is mass disrespecting e.g=

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

Well there was this time when there was only 2 mods on the server and these 3 people were disrespecting so we muted them and warned them ... then they left and joined again continuing to disrespect so it was avoiding punishment ... we looked for an admin but no one was online well if they were they were playing another game and we didn't want to disturb them... we kept kicking them and warning them for avoiding punishment and disrespect ... it was hard.... then a admin was online so we called him to help us ... he joined and it was still going on so he banned them for avoiding punishment + Mass disrespect. my promotion would help me not have to wait for an admin to come online so I could just do it myself . so everyone else could enjoy the game and have a good time.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)

I think I should be promoted because I have been with the community for quite a while now.. I am a fair mod who will sort things out.. I respect people.. I help people if they need help... I am friendly to people in game and in TeamSpeak... I want to help the zarp community... I know the rules.. I sort situations out well.. I will not abuse my powers EVER!!!.... I do not want to disturb other admins anymore... so yeah I hope I can be a good admin <3
