What is Ghosting? and give an example

Ghosting is when a dead player tells the Runners that he pressed the right/left portal.
For example: Player 1 died and spectate the Death and tells Player 2 which portal he should go.

Don't repeat.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

If the Player disrespecting other players he will get a mute or gag and a warn for disrespecting if he doing this again, he wil recive all three again and a Kick.

Please refine this and expand it.
If the disrespectful person was to be kicked while getting muted and gagged, then there shouldn't have been a mute and gag. It's time consuming to do this. You either kick the person for constant disrespecting or use the other commands.
