I have to take a minute to breath, and allow myself to cope with the awful lack of effort and also the amount of grammar and sentence structure mistakes that have been made. This app is really rushed and I can tell this by just looking at the quantity of the app, you show a total lack of scenarios when explaining rule breaks. No offence some people mature early and some people mature late and from what I have seen when your either in sits or RPing and you seem very immature and not responsible enough to be a staff member so you may need to rethink your applying age. I know this may seem mean and really nasty but this is for your sake. Users that may be older than you will take advantage of your age and how you talk with a "squeaky" voice and maybe pick on you and undermine you, which is hard to fix.

I come back to your grammar, you start a sentence with "because" which is normally frowned upon seeing that "because" is normally to explain something and not used in the start of the sentence. Whatever year of school your going in you really need to understand the do's and don'ts of sentence structure and grammar. Think writing a Mod app as a job application you have to be as formal and professional as you can, being informal and immature will likely get you denied or thrown out of the person's office.

My verdict on your app: -Supp
