Nobody is going to do that unless they're really bad at spelling. Substituting "you" with "u" is much more common, plus what you just said makes no sense at all, and on top of that you're comparing a word to a whole sentence.

Although, I have to agree that you're being extremely lazy if you can't add 2 letters to a word, especially if you're on the computer with a keyboard.

Now.. if you're using a phone, I might say this is a whole different story.
