Hi! i found couple mistakes on your application. New Life Rule isn't explained perfectly because rule says you must forget everthing about your previous life and start new one. Copied part of NLR rule to you.

Also this bothered me a littlePlayer X would RDM Player Y and makes false f1 for NLR so it looks like he broke rule. Because it isn't that hard to wait small amount of time every kill to make him look he broke the nlr. Also you should ask stories from both sides. Always ask for story what happened it could be useful!
