Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin

I was a mod a long time ago (1 year) but it helped me to understand when or why to use the commands, when to warn people or when to not, how to deal with F1 requests. But the power of moderators are not enough to help all of the people on the server. for example when someone is Prop spamming all a Moderator can do is kick him. But they can't ban him. I believe if i become an admin(again) i can help the server more than before.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)

Once there was a prop spammer and there was no admins on and i couldn't ban him since i was a moderator. So i kicked him but he came back. Then i kicked him by warning him 3 times and when he joined back to the server and continued prop spamming i warned him again to give him a 4 warn ban

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello there. I see that you got accepted for Moderator and i want to congratulate you for that. So since you just got accepted i am going to tell you about the commands and the F1 system. I hope you will enjoy your time as a ZARP Staff member and not abuse your powers.

I would like to start with commands
Note: NONE of these commands should be used during Roleplaying

/tp <(Optional)Player Name> This command allows you to Teleport a player to the target location or you to The target location If you open the console and type bind [button] "say /tp" and it will bind it to the button you typed it so whenever you press that button you will be teleported in the direction you are looking at.
If you type the player name in it will teleport you to that player. Don't use this command while RP'ing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: USE STEAMID WHEN USING ANY TELEPORT COMMAND OR YOU CAN END UP TELEPORTING HALF OF THE SERVER (To get the SteamID: hold tab click on the player name and click on his SteamID to copy it)

/bring <(Player Name) [(Optional)Player Name]> This command brings the player To you or To the 2nd Player If you don't type anything after typing the 1st players name, it will teleport him to you. If you type 2nd players name it will TP Player 1 to Player 2
Note: /back doesn't work with /bring

/back <Player Name> This commands teleports players To their last location(The last location is the location where the player was before getting teleported) Unfortunately this command does not work with /bring so use /tp if you want to use /back

/goto <Player Name> This command allows you to teleport Yourself to The Player Use it to take care of F1's (but there is already a goto option in F1 menu)

/freeze <Player Name> This command Freezes the Player. Players can't move or attack while freezed so use it for example when someone is Mass RDM'ing
Note: Players are immortal when they are Freezed.

/slay <Player Name> <Normal|Silent|Explode|Rocket> This command Kills The Player. Don't abuse it. use it for example when a citizen is refusing to holster his big gun.

/warn <Player Name[(Recommended)SteamID]> <Reason> This is how you punish rulebreakers. This command allows you to Warn a Player. At 3 warns the Player gets Kicked automatically. at 4 warns the Player gets Banned for an hour.

/unwarn <Player Name[(Recommended)SteamID> This command takes back the Warning

/kick <Player Name[(Recommended)SteamID> <Reason> This command allows you to Kick players from the Server. Use it for example when someone is propspamming or breaking rules too much.

F1 MENU

As a staff member when you press F1 you will see the F1 menu. This menu has 3 sections

1)Requests

In this menu you will see the players who require help from a staff member. When you right click on a request you can handle it. After you handle it you can right click again to go to the player or bring the player to yourself. You should use the go to option. And after you are done you can right click on the request and mark it as finished.
You can also mark the requests as spam. You should use this option when someone is abusing the F1 menu for writing random stuff or false requests

2)Warnings

This section allows you to see how many warns a player got, who warned them, why they got warned, or to unwarn them. Yeah thats pretty much it.

3)Logs

Logs will show you the kills he kills, arrests, deaths, demotions, the job they changed to, the time they got killed etc. You can see if someone killed someone, someone broke NLR, someone arrested someone etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I see the effort you put in your appeal. You were banned for prop-spamming which is a serious rulebreaking that can crash the server. As i see this is your first ban and you wrote a nice appeal. I will lower your ban time to 2 week and if i see you prop spamming again i will ban you permanently and i won't unban you.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I was an experienced admin and i still have my experiences. I believe that i can help the server like i did before. I have been playing on zarp for almost 2 years. Most of the times there is like 1 or 2 staff members online at server 1 and i want to help the zarp community to make it a better place i think i have been playing long enough to become an admin. i have been seeing a lot of people breaking the rules and when i make a F1 it is usually taking so long that the player leaves the game. So yeah i believe if i become an admin again, i can help the server again.

Note: I got permission from Hitman Jerry to apply straight for admin
