I guess we can't really be mad at him for his RDM but I don't think letting one that can't speak English (not even understanding it) on a SSRP server would be a good idea. Tho I guess if he learns and if that was really a mistake he could get unbanned (I don't know how it works with SSRP so I'm not stating anything) but I don't really think it would be good for anyone if he'd just play without understanding others.
