What is Ghosting? and give an example:Ghosting is an illegal act where a player that has already died gives unknown advice or information that is useful to his/her team. This works for either Death Team and Runner Team.
Examples: Ex. 1 - Imagine Player 1, Player 2 and Player 3. Player 3 is the only player in the Death Team and Player 1 and Player 2 are on the Runner Team. They are playing on a map like “cb_egypt” where there is a trap that has a 50% chance of getting it right. Player 1 died early in the map and is now spectating the rest of the game. Player 1 sees what block did Player 3 activate and warns Player 2 what block should he jump to pass the trap, allowing Player 2 to safely jump across the trap without consequences.
Ex. 2 – Imagine the same scenario. Player 3 is trying to kill Player 1 and is successful, but Player 2 got very far away whilst Player 1 was being “focused”. Player 1 decides to give Player 3’s position to Player 2. This way, Player 2 knows where the Death player is and can just pass through a lot (if not all) of the traps.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:I’ll admit, I’m a very tolerant person. I don’t want things to go badly for a player at all. If a player is insulting someone or just making someone’s experience on this server suffer I will talk to him and convince him that we are all there to have fun, not harass anyone. If he continues with the bad attitude, I’ll gag/mute and warn the player so he thinks about what he has said/done. If after all that he still decides to disrespect others I’d kick him and try to talk to an Admin so he has some attention in the matter.

Why I should be chosen:Honestly, I consider myself a good player in the community. Even though my play time is not enormous (because I had problems with my older PC) I tried to make my best to interact with the community. I have helped out a lot people with information and supporting someone’s points in a discussion if they’re right. I enjoy this community very much and I would really like to help you guys out with the server. Being around a lot of people here in Zarp is really awesome and you can bet that I’ll make my best to interact and make my experience and the other players' experience "a blast". I won’t disappoint. (:
So all in all:
-I am very tolerant to everyone,
-I have been active a lot of the time recently,
-I like to talk to other players a lot and interact with everyone,
-I have some experience with being part of the staff in a server of a friend of mine.
