If you guys really take your SSRP gang so seriously, then you should buy your own TS Server. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find a couple of euros every month if you're that devoted to having a Teamspeak.

Steam chat, make a group, start a group chat, and start voice chat. Effectively the same as TS, and it's invite only so you don't have anyone invading your space. It's actually better than Teamspeak for what you guys want.
