When its proper to use the Ban command
When someone is using hacks/scripts to get unfair advantage, i will instant perm ban that player.

When player mass disrespect he gets warned, after two times i would ban him if i see he doesn't
care about the rules. If a player mass disrespect with Family, Race, Skin collor, Nationality i will punish him
with a ban after he gets warned two times.

When a player is mass rule breaking, i would not ban him if he breaks 2 or 3 rules, but when i see
he has no attention of stopping breaking rules i would ban him because he is ruining the game experience
of other online gamers.

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

I would use the ban command when someone is hacking, disrespect a lot of times after been warned many times to stop.
i would ban someone when he is not listening to all the warns and other punishments that were used against him/her. because banning would be the last punishment to him/her. I understand that the ban command is the hardest punishment on the Zarp servers, that's why you should use it with extremely caution.

i have had some situations in game that i saw people hacking, i had to call a admin to come and ban him.
i became mod to help the Zarp community to grow and be better. i have made since i became mod many friends in the servers. People like me and enjoy playing with me. I am friendly and i don't abuse powers.
i have been a lot online. to be mod u have to be 4 hours a week online and i always play 2 or 3 hours a day on the servers

I am very friendly, know all the rules, i am here to help to zarp community to make it bigger and better.
i am trustfull and very funny to play with. I would never abuse my powers to any reason, i'm always calm and i always stay calm when there is trouble on the server.
