I mean seriously... There is so many staff members not doing their job, they are just role-playing and some of them using their powers to advantage. This guy is a nice guy, who does f1's very good. But he doesn't get promoted, because there is people that dislike him, how is it fair? Maybe we should change the way we accept people into staff on?
