Hoblit, is experienced with staff powers as he's an Ex-SSRP Mod, also I've seen him as staff before on Perpheads. I wouldn't go as far to say he's a trusted member of the community as he has been known to rulebreak on the SSRP servers quite a lot before but in Deathrun, he abides by the rules, and helps people from time to time.
