If that person is being disrespectful or is harassing you or others then it is necessary that you mute/gag this person and you warn him for that.

How to deal with a disrespecting player? Tell them to calm down, If he keeps on doing it after 3 times that I tell him not to I warn him.

You dont just warn him. You mute/gag him and warn him.


P.S. I really love zarp spent a lot of time on it already, and there's always 0-1 admins/mods online at a time and I could be there for a long time :3

Either you are lying about the number of Staff Members on or I dont know. There are almost always atleast 2 Staff Members on both servers.
