When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
when someone is still staying disrespecting people or when he is after his first ban back and he is still not changed or i will not use it because 4 warns and he wil auto-ban.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
i had so many times things that i needed an admin or another moderator and people are saying im a bad mod but im not i only do the moderator things that i usually do and there are many admins and i wanna help them by doing this.

why I should be promoted?
because im at meeting or i have something important like school im very active and most of the time im the only mod in a server but after an our is an admin or mod coming and i need to be chosen because im having a great time on the servers and the community and i wanna prove my self for it.
