If you would like to object on his app or what ever, then thats ok, its ur opinion and keep it on the meeting.
Since bhood is a big gang and yes there are alot of member, but it dosent increase ur chance at all.
IMO to get promoted, you have to have good connections with everyone, not with only staff team, i mean with EVERYONE.
I mean look at me, first time i got denied and after that accepted.
I only had 1 complain about me and it was an accident by me.

So anyway, what im trying to say is, if you think he should get accepted/should not, then keep it for urself, lets show the application some Support /-support and keep the reasons on the meeting.
