Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Deathmatch (RDM) , It sounds at first kind of a complicated term but when you put it simply it means : "Don't randomly kill people as you please". This means you have to have an actual VALID reason to kill a person.
Basicly, If I was a Police Officer. I couldn't just walk about shooting everyone as I please just because they are infront of me. The only reason you can kill people are:
•Mugging.
•Failing to do your RP command (/me)
•Hitman and must have a valid hit on the person.
•Raiding.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) Basicly means once you die, You have forgot your previous life, I.E Who killed you, So for a example if you were killed by a Thief raiding your shop, Then you die and a like 20 minutes later you see the same person who killed you and you refuse to sell him you are breaking NLR ( New Life Rule )
A few Examples what you can and can't do.
• You Can't return to the same district as you died (I.E 2 tunnels) for 3 minutes.
• You Can go to any other district if you haven't got a NLR ( New Life Rule Timer there.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Meta-gaming Basicly means if a player // or /ooc ( Out Of Character ) Says something that should be in a advert. Here are a few examples I've came across.
• // ( OOC ) Come to my shop and buy guns from me. (This would be Meta-Gaming )
• // ( OOC ) So how are you all doing? (This would be Not Meta-Gaming ) As he is speaking in the right channel.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Firstly , I'd go to player x and teleport him to a roof if needed. I'd get all of his side of this matter, One I'm satisfied with his matter I'd bring player Y to me and ask him for his side of the story. I'd listen to his story fully and examine if he did or didn't have a valid RP reason to kill player X. If player Y didn't have the right reason he just Random Deathmatched I'd warn him for Random Deathmatch (RDM)
I'd tell him what he done was wrong and show him another way to make it all peacefully and by going along side Zarp's Rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Firstly, I'd goto player X as he made the f1, Once I've got his side of the story and I'm satisfied with it I'd bring player Y to my location and ask him in a nice and calmly matter, "Did you break New Life Rule (NLR) Sir. If he said Yes, then He would get a warning for Breaking New Life RUle . If player Y said he didn't break New Life Rule (NLR) I'd ask player X if he had any proof of player Y breaking New Life Rule if player X didn't have proof I'd just say to player X "Sorry buddy, With-out proof I can't do much". Then I'd return player Y and place down player X if he didn't need me still.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Alright, I'd teleport to him or /pm x and Tell him "Please don't Meta-game, You can use /cr help my bank is being raided for that matter. "

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen for this rank for Zarp as I believe I can be put up for the test, I always like to think on my feet and never just let experienced staff do everything I'm too chickened to do. If I have a problem or I'm stuck and in need of help I always press the f1 and then a member of staff comes polite and ever so kind. Having spent a lot of time on this server I have seen situations were there are not enough Mods/Admins on to be able to help out. There is nothing more frustrating than the players who take advantage of these times to break server rules. Having watched Mods/Admins deal with situations I feel that I have picked up enough skills to do my bit in helping this server grow to be super clean. All the Mods/Admins make sure they completely understand the situation before making any decisions, this is something that I would like to do to better everyone's time on the server.

Some Information:
I'd likesay a few things here >:3, Yes I have been banned before by Brother Zachery which I am honest about. My first and last ban was from that incident, I have never been banned before. I've been playing for like 3/4 weeks before I made this application. I can take Criticism as I know we all make mistakes and hopefully I have made you think that I've changed for the best. Hopefully, I've made everyone doesn't think Oh, he'll just be banned again as he still breaks rule. If that is the case then I'd like for you to see me or spectate me ingame and hopefully I can change your opinion of me as I have changed for the good and that is why I want to apply for Moderator as I believe I could be trusted and could work well in busy situations as well as working hard to improve our communications among the Staff Team. I'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has read this application, If you feel like I don't deserve it then post down below and I will try to improve on the matter to make you happy!.
