Random Death Match for short 'RDM' is when a player kills another player for non RP reasons. He can be killed with any type of gun or with a car, that is called Care Death Match for short CDM. If you were killed on the road, that is not CDM.
Example: Player X is walking into a building, when player Y starts to shoot and kill him for no reason.

New Life Rule for short NLR is when a player comes back to an area where he was killed within 3 minutes from Death. The NLR timer is shown in the top of the screen. The NLR timer is 3min but if you raid a Base, its 10 min.
Example: Player X was at his base printing money, when player Y came, Raided and killed player X . Player X after respawning comes back to the his base where he was killed within 3 minutes and kills player Y. Most popular NLR breaking scenario.

Metagaming is when player X used OOC information to use on his advantage in IC. He can use OOC chat or any other Third person communication system such as Skype or Team Speak to inform about a situation that acured in game.
Example: Player X is having a base with player Y. They are both talking on Team Speak. Player Y goes out of the base and head's to Banker. Suddenly player X is being raided, and he starts to shout on Skype to player Y that they are getting attacked. Player Y run's back to base and kills the Thief. Player X and Y are both metagaming.

I would bring player X and Y, then check logs. I would see that player Y killed player X. I would ask What happend and if player X has proof that player Y killed him for no reason. At the same time i would ask player Y to show me proof that he didnt RDM.If player Y proofs that he was Mugging,Raiding etc. I will not punish Player Y, because he could of mugged him or did any other thing like raiding, etc.

After finding out that Player Y did kill player X within a few lines of the logs i would check the timer. If player Y killed player X within NLR timer, i would warn player Y for Breaking NLR, and also explain to Player Y, what he did wrong. But if the logs show that player X killed player Y after the NLR timer, i would explain that player X waited 3 minutes before killing player Y.

I would ask player X (Banker job) in OOC chat what proffesion are they. If he would say 'COPS' i would teleport to him and tell cops that they can't raid bank however if guards were hired to raid the bank i would tell him that they can, but if he would say 'Gangster or any other Criminal job i would teleport to player X and tell him they can raid the bank as Gangsters or as any other criminal jobs.

I really love this server and i would like to help it by giving 100% of the person i am.In my opinion if the server's staff is good, the server will be popular. I know that the quality of any server is judged after how good or bad the administration is. I know i made some mistakes but i got punished and i learned my lesson. Hope you will give me a chance to proof that im a good candidate for a Moderator!
