I have read your Application and here are my thoughts:

The Good:
- Friendly in-game.
- Decent gametime (apparently).

The Bad:
- No Gametracker.
- Vague ghosting example.
- Your deathrun skills have nothing to do with being moderator.
- Your way of dealing with a ghoster is bad.
- Racism isn't verbal warning it is actual Warn + mute/gag.

The Ugly:
- No gametracker link.
- Messy links.

Methods of Improvement:
- Add gametracker links.
- Clean up the links in general.
- Rethink your ghosting example and method of dealing with a ghoster.
- Rethink your disrespect example.

Verdict:

NEUTRAL
