As nutzu said If u look at rule 1.8 Sale of In Game Items - Other then for VIP the sale or trade of ingame items or currency. For items outside the server is prohibited. You are not allowed to buy anything else then VIP for RP money.And scam is allowed on the server for everything accept VIP
