You can find your gametrackers here by putting your in game name in the search bar and then finding your profile for each server:

You can also find your Steam ID here.

Also try rearranging your application to make it make it easier to read such as also bolding or underlining the questions.
Use the edit in the bottom right of your post to make the appropriate changes.

The meeting for DeathRun is Friday at 7 PM GMT (British time) so be sure to make the changes by then.
