Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Someone shoots someone for no roleplay reason also includes using explosives, and melee weapons to kill someone without any Roleplay reason.

Example:
Im walking down the road and I go find a gun dealer buy a gun from the gun dealer begin to walk my way around town I begin to walk toward an area where someone is standing alone I pull out my gun with no roleplay reason I walk up to them and shoot them in the back of the head with a shotgun..

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Once you are killed NLR Takes effect and you can not go back to the district you were just in
for 3 minutes also you can not remember anything prior to what happen before you were killed
for the next 3 minutes.

Example:
You are dead you must pretend you know nothing about anything that has happened
in the past you must reframe from going back to location you were killed at till NLR is over
and then begin interacting as if you know what happened or whats highly recommended is
to pretend you don't know what happen and begin a new life completely.
depending on if there is a raid and you die you can not return to that place period after NLR till
raid is over

Example:
I am a police officer and I am talking to someone threw teamspeak or ooc and they told me when a PD Raid is accuring and how many people are inside I begin to walk around till they tell me its happening I gather up police and the person tells me where each raider is located in the building so I know where to look when I shoot mind you I have no Roleplay idea where they are or that they were raiding I am taking information from this person who is talking to me OOC in PM's telling me where they are so I begin to walk up in and use that information to kill them or arrest them. they both would be metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would explain to player y that the logs state that they killed the person and I would ask for a more detailed explanation on the situation ask if there was video of the situation and if there is proof provided in a video if it turns out that player y did in fact RDM player and has no RP reason to have RDM'd him I would give them a verbal warning if the offense happened again I would slay the person and take the appropriate actions if this offense continues.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If player y killed player x and console shows the kills close together then it is in fact NLR and video proof was provided they would be given a verbal warning then if it continues I would slay them I would make sure to always keep an eye on them and notify in staff chat that player Y was just given a verbal warning for NLR In Game.

I would tell him to please use In character chat, and that there is nothing I can do to help him if no rules were broken during the raid then I would advice him to just continue with it and try to defend himself RP,

I have alot of love for this community I really do enjoy playing and helping users threw out the server to give them the best experience, I have made some helpful threads to help users understand that video proof is important in any RDM situation and have been very active
