The Review

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (or RDM) is when a player kills another player without a roleplay valid reason.<-- Good explanation

Example:
Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]
<-- Good example

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The New Life Rule (or NLR) is a rule every player must follow after they die, with the exception of police during PD/bank raids. For 3 minutes, you cannot return to your location of death. You're also supposed to forget your previous life, and start a new one.<-- Good explanation

Example:
Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]
<-- Good example

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player uses the OOC(Out of character) for roleplaying purposes. <-- Good explanation, but could be expanded

Example:
Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]
<-- Good example.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I'd teleport to Player X, and ask him for details. Player X would have to provide proof of Player Y rdming. If Player X does provide proof, I'll then check if Player Y is not raiding or anything to make sure I'm not interrupting Player Y's RP or anybody else's. I'll then teleport Player X and Y to a roof, and ask Player Y for his side of the story. I'll then make my verdict, either warn Player Y or let them both return to RP. <-- Not a bad way of handling, but proof isn't really necessary in the first part. You ask player X for the story, and then you proceed asking player Y for the kill reason. If no valid reason/a confession is provided, you can go ahead and punish. If a valid reason is provided, that's when you should ask for proof

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

First, I'll teleport to Player X to handle his F1. I'll have to confirm the location of death since that's important. If it was at spawn, it's possible that Player X kept trying to kill Player Y. If it was at Player X's base, then Player Y was definitely breaking NLR.
I also might ask for proof, as Player Y could be going to a a location besides the area of their death, and Player X could of assaulted Player Y several times in different locations. <-- Keep in mind that, without any goodvideo evidence, you can't really confirm the location of death, unless they both agree with it [which is quite unlikely], and also consider different situations such as spawncamping, Self-defense.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would verbally warn Player X to not metagame. If he ignores my warning and continues, then it'll be a warn.<-- Good way of handling.
The Result
I've seen you quite a lot ingame, and you are a friendly person. Your application is good, but your recent warn might be something to hold you back, but it's really mature to admit your mistake and appologise for it.
Personally, a :plussp: for me.
