NLR or New Life Rule !! Is When You Die In Your Base Or Anywhere And Go To The Same Place Within 3 Minutes !!

--Example Player X Is Printing Money On His Base !!

Player Y Raid Him And Killed Him !!

Player X Respawn And Go To His Base Within 3 Minutes !!

nlr goes whit districts not only whit player x's base.

And I Will Ask Player Y To Give Me A Proof That He Didn't Kill Him For No RP Reason ..

it's not player y that needs to show proof , player x is the one that's supposed to have proof

I Will Ask Them About What Happened !! Then I Will Look At The Logs If Player X Killed Player Y And Player Y Respawned And Returned To The Place Where He Died Within 3 Minutes I Will Warn Him !!

this is a tricky one it could also be player x that broke a rule by killing player y in another district.
