What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a Dead player gives information about things such as pre set traps, activated traps, deaths locations. Deaths giving information about pre set traps is more death avoid. There are pre set traps such as in the family guy map were it is not an insta death after going in the wrong door, it is not ghosting giving information about which door is right or which door is wrong as long as you are alive, same thing occurs in one of the minecraft maps were you fall in lava if you go in the wrong door, it takes a while for you to die and you can use this time to say which one is wrong or which one is right

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Verbal warning, asking them to stop then if they do not stop i will give them a warning and gag or mute. If the player keeps disrespecting after map change and ungaged/unmuted, kick them and inform admins or higher about the player if he doesnt stop

Why I should be chosen:
I would consider myself good moderator material because I have experience with it from other death run and bunny hopping servers.
Im starting to play quite often and it feels like atleast once a map there is someone breaking a rule (mostly button spamming),
and I would like to make sure that does not happen when I am on the server.
I can help new people with some of the key things to get good at death run, for example bunny hopping,
I have around 1600-1700 hours of it on Gmod and about 100 on CS:GO and 50 on CS:S.
