Sounds like job abuse to me bub. Also I have no idea how you managed to kill 2 people in the crossfire that must be some sort of talent. I can only usually manage to kill 1 if I concentrate hard enough on their heads : D If this is all you did then a perm ban seems a bit hefty even if you did job abuse and RDM. Also the fact he never spoke to you seems a tad alarming since if you are going to perma ban someone then they deserve to know why and should be spoken to about it unless they are doing something seriously disruptive and need to be stopped quickly.
