Server Name: DarkRP

Suggestion Title: I'm suggesting a change so rules don't collide with each other (a rewording), explained in this post made by me when I was 'new' to the server. I have to link it a lot to members of the staff team that believe it's against the rules to kill in the PD, etc.

Potential Issues: It would make the rules clearer to members of the staff team AND players and avoid false warnings from staff members that have been confused by these rules, so it only brings in positives and no negatives.
