Note : The funny thing about this is, I knew I was being spectated, but I did nothing wrong. It clearly states in the rules, you are allowed to break NLR, BUT ONLY AT THE PD. I died outside PD, I went back to PD, I ignored all wanted people, I had my keys out I did nothing. He tp's to me, I explain him I'm allowed to do it, he says " You can only break NLR when PD is being raided, but it says nothing about that in the rules.

This was just to test if the admins actually knew what they were doing, and yet again, they fail that test.
