Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that i am a good mod! i know the rules and i am helpful on zarp ssrp.I've been in 5-6 weeks and I think I'm ready for something new. New powers and ability I'm looking forward to get the chance to become an admin on zarp SSRP

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was this time where 2-3 guy was mass rdming at spawn and propblockin spawn with invissible props and refused to delete them i hade to warn them and they suisided; run away killd me, i hade to freeze them all. they left and comback, i was the only staff on that day, I hade to pm people on steam and try to get a admin on to ban the guys, at same time i needed proof for what they did so the admin could ban them.it would have been much easier if i was a admin then and could do it myself.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
i will tell them that to be Mod u have to be mature,responsible and have good patience because you will meet people who are dissrespecfull sometimes. You are a part of the zarp comunity and You must be able to walk out of your playing time to help others and do f1's and con grats to mod.

A quick list of commands you can use.

/warn <name> <SteamID> - Pretty self explanatory use this to warn anyone who breaks rules. 3 Warnings on a player is a kick and 4 is a ban.

/tp - Use this to tp to a location or use it to tp people to you, this can be done by /tp <name> <SteamID>. - This is usually used to deal with F1's

/Freeze <name> <SteamID> - Use this command to freeze anybody in place for a certain amount of time. This should be used if users are running away from you while you're dealing with an f1 etc.

/back <name> <SteamID> - Use this command to send someone you've /tp'ed to you back to their former location.

/goto <name> <SteamID> - Use this command to teleport to someone. This should usually be used while dealing with F1s.

/slay <name> <SteamID> - This command is used to automatically kill people. This command is very powerful and should
only be used in rare circumstances such as when a user breaks NLR.

/bring <name> <SteamID> - Similar to TP it brings the user to your location. This command doesn't work with /back so its important to not use it and use tp instead.

/kick <name> <SteamID> - Used to kick abusive players from the server. - This could be used when a user refuse to remove props that cause prop block.

/// - This is the admin chat use this to communicate with other admins & mods if you need any help.

F1 Menu - The F1 Menu is where you find any active F1's made by users do them in order of the priority, higher priority = longer waiting. You can also check the logs for recent warnings, kills, job changes & arrests the logs should help
you out with any F1 reports.

F6 Menu - The F6 Menu is used to check any users past warnings, bans, slays, jails or anti cheat.
Admin Keypad Checker - This tool is used to detect whether people's fading doors apply to the server rules. This can be used to show any connections between fading doors and keypads as well as the length of the door fade.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thank you for doing this unban appeal, I see this is your first ban and i band u permanently, i think u can get one more chance and change your ban to 2 weeks, if u do it again i will ban u permanently.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
First of all i have been mod for 5-6 weeks and i feel like i am ready for something new. New powers. i also think that i am a good mod and know the rules well to be a admin.I also do alot f1's and sometimes when no admins are on i have to take proof of what they did so they can get a ban. it would be a lot easier. One time it was a guy who did a lot of ming stuff and i gived him a verebal warn. then i had to get a admin to spectate him i hade suspisson that he breaking rules. when i got the admin to spectate him he got bannd a hour later for alot rulebreaking. Every thing will be alot easyer as a admin, and i know to be admin its a big step and alot more responsibility. I want to help with zarp as much as possible and I think I'm ready for it. Thank you for takeing your time and reading my app!
