I have read your Application and here are my thought:

The Good:
- Friendly player.
- Trusted with powers.

The Bad:
- Short ghosting example.
- Bad disrespect example.
- Only played on server one.

The Ugly:
- Guidelines still in the app.
- Messy links.

Methods of improvement:
- Expand ghosting and go into detail.
- Fix the disrespect example.
( They cannot continue to disrespect if they are gagged/muted, if they rejoin then that's a different rule broken all together. )
- Clean up the links.
- Remove the template guideline from the app.
- Play on both servers
( You'll need to swap servers if one of them doesn't have staff on them )

Verdict:

-SUPPORT

If you improve on some of the things above I will reconsider, for now I can't support...
