What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player gives answers to an alive player example:on helix if a dead player says the code that could be ghosting.
If another player (who is dead) Tells a player (who is alive) which door/pillar/combination.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player is being disrespectful I would gag them for a map if they are using mic or mute them if they are using chat and if they continue i will warn them.
If they are mass disrespecting i will kick them, if the player joins back and continues i will bring it further to an admin.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be chosen because I would stop the rule breakers which some staff(un-named) dont do anything about, I also dont like being on servers with no staff but i get this i will not need staff to play.
I have spotted alot of broken rules when staff have been in the game and so I had to remind them.
