What is Ghosting? and give an example:
At that moment when a player lost his life he or she should not give any information to another player which still alive.
For example: Deathrun Helix
The main problem here is the Code of 1 - 9. Players are not allowed to give the information to others if they're dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I will never make a difference between player or a staff member.The first step i would take is a fair warning (depends on the situation/insult). It would be perfect if the situation is banned with a simple warning but if it is necessary i will put my food down and warn/slay/kick the player to protect other player and their fun.

To be honest, i´m talking myself a lot but im kind a like an emotional person who likes to pronounce what he feels.

The difference between this and player who give no one the chance to talk because of mic spam should receive a gag or mute for some minutes. Should he or she understand the situation i will undo the gag or mute.

Until i have a reason again to do my job.
Life could be so simply, respect others and be respected.
