As of late I have noticed that large amount of warns don't save and just get removed. This has caused some rule breakers to get kicked four to five times in a day for too many warnings. A few times after I've warned rule breakers I have gone to check their total warns only to notice that they don't have any, not even the warns I just gave him or her. Some warns save, other do not. Sadly at the moment I have not been able to get a picture or video of this but I know a lot of other admins will support this and a simple check of the warning logs should show that something is wrong. This has made it hard to handle some staff situations and has caused people to go unpunished, it would be nice if this is fixed ASAP.
