Staff no longer use their judgement as a part of the F1 process, and do not take the time necessary to find out what is being done right, and what is being done wrong.
Not being voted in was just a set back and I WAS being impatient. for this i apologize.
HOWEVER the voting system is broken. one mistake no matter how minor lands you off the list easy, while some kid who just went afk for a month for activity gets the cake.
Many great staff members cycled out for a damn good reason
