Ok, I've seen you a bunch of times online, but you do need to post your correct gametrackers.
Now, lets begin.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random DeathMatch is when someone kills someone for no reason .- Punishment = Warn <-- Correct, but you shouldn't punish based on a certain template or pattern as situations and persons are different, also RDM is also killing someone without an RP reason.
Player X Reports Player Y for RDM, I then check the logs, it shows the correct information, Player Y then gets warned. <-- Highly wrong. If you're gonna see a kill in the log it's not RDM. ask the player for his reason, listen to both stories. If player Y gives an Invalid reason/no reason at all, punish, if not, ask proof from player X.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule, Breaking NLR is when you go back to where you died under 3 minutes or talk to someone about what happened before they killed you - Punishment = Kick <-- Correct, but again, don't punish on a certain pattern/template, and also the description is vague.
Player X Reports Player Y for NLR, it shows the correct information. Player Y then gets a warnng. <-- again, you're warning people without any actual stories listened/evidence given. It might work faster, but it's highly unfair. Logs show enough proof only in certain cases. Be aware of the stories told.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
The definition of "Metagaming" is, if someone talks about an RP situation in "OOC" ( aka, Out Of Character ) <-- Correct, but it also reffers to using OOC info IC. By the way, where's the example?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would warn Player Y x2, Lying to an Admin / Mod, and RDM. <-- What? No. How's he lying? You just straight jump to conclusions. We don't want you to farm F1s and give punishments like flyers. Listen to stories, ask for proof, ask for a reason. Don't jump to conclusions.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would warn Player Y for breaking NLR, and would end the F1. <-- Still, in some cases there's no proof required, but in most cases there is. You should listen well and don't rush to finish the F1. It's not a timed race here.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would warn him for "Metagaming". <-- Punishment is good, but he should be talked to first, unless he's blatantly ignoring you.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I can bring many things! Here is a list of what I can bring and I will bring!
I can bring:
Good Admin Powers. Aka, I know how to use everything when being an Admin. <-- You're applying for mod.
An Admin who does not Abuse his powers. I will not abuse my powers at all times!
A person who is great at sorting out problems! I will do my best to help everyone at my most powers. <-- By jumping to conclusions and rushing to finish F1s?
A suggestible amount of addons to add. Aka, Alt + E sit,
A good roleplayer. I do not break rules at all times, I am a great rolepleayer at all times.
I can bring more players into the community as I have many friends that have not been on the server.

I am good at using my powers wisely and not abusing my powers, I am also great at helping with problems and making sure people don't break rules:
RDM - Warn. Random DeathMatch, randomly killing someone.
NLR - Kick. New Life Rule, Going back to where you died under 3 minutes or talking to someone about what happened
Ltap - Ban 120 minutes. Leave To Avoid Punishment, leaving the game when in an Admin Sit to avoid a punishment. <-- You can't ban as a mod.
Disrespect - Gag + Warn. Being mean or disrespectful towards anyone in the server will be punished <-- You can't gag (mute) as a mod.

^^ Basically you shouldn't punish based on a template.


For now, I'm unsure of your recent warns, I suppose you have none, but your application shows me that you're most likely going to rush to finish F1s, jump to conclusions and limit yourself to a certain template of punishments, without taking in consideration the diversity of players and situations.
