So I've given the proof a gander, and their is no proof of "hacking". That could have been anything, from drops in your FPS to lag in game, etc. The player is not going to be punished but I'll anti cheat him if I see him online.

As for the NLR, I've talked to him and the warning given to the player you're reporting for hacking and NLR, and he's removed the warning for NLR. It was Not NLR due to the fact he died in the PD.
