How about no to that warn removal and this is a game where you are able to trial things before purchasing, have you ever heard of free samples? The pointshop has the same thing and its their own fault for not using the sample measures.

Okay okay okay... In the pointshop the taunt is called secret? If it's a secret would it really have a preview?

Assuming that the preview is was coded to be applicable to any sound file added then yes as it follows the trend.

Well if it's meant to show a preview then fair enough. For every taunt i've bought I've never done a preview and im pretty sure most people could agree with me. Yet he decided to trust that the taunts in the pointshop would work yet the one he wanted didn't. If it is such a serious crime for wanting a refund something that shouldbe removed or fixed then damn.

The difference is that he point begged for the points instead of making a formal thing on the forums and asking here like what has happened with DarkRP in the past, that's the difference. He broke a rule ingame when the problem could have been happily fixed here on the forums and may lead to the potential removal or fix of the item in future updates.

He is Admin for a reason isn't he?
Also he didnt beg for points, he kindly asked for a refund and Newdude didnt understand the problem in the first place.
After that guy repeated his request (he got asked to) he instantly got warned for begging. Is that how it works?
It could easily have been solved by giving him his 200 points (diffrence from selling to original) and done.
