Before I start my second application, I would like to say EVERYONE will see a massive change in my behaviour and I would like this to be discussed on the 14th of august. This apply is for when I get back from my trip away. I will be active again and I'm sure you will notice my behaviour differ.

What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where a dead player, runner or death, gives away information that a runner needs. For example, the minecraft map. A runner makes it to the portals and does not know which one to pass through. He/she would then ask a dead player for the correct one to go through.
If the spectator gives this information then the death would not be happy as they would be cheating. The player who gave the answer will then be warned for ghosting and then be told to read the rules.

Player A: Can anyone tell me the correct portal?

Player B: It is the LEFT portal!

Player A: Thanks

This wouldn't matter if they were told the FAKE answer as it would be to avoid rule breaking.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player was disrespectful over mic I would warn him. If he continues I would gag him and unmute him next map. If he avoids his punishment (Rejoins) I would call for a Admin+ To ban the player for a short period. If a player is disrespecting over text i would mute him and then warn him. If he also avoids (Rejoins) I would also contact an Admin+ To ban him for a little while.
If a player has a disrespectful name, i would politely ask him to change it. If he does now follow them instructions it will result in a warning.

Player A: Player B (Continuesly disrespects in anyway)

Player B is then left sad and therefore a staff member can not tolerate and will take action

This will be passed by if it is just a little inside joke between the players but I would have to make sure.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be chosen because I have 1800+ hours on gmod and have had many experience as staff. Also I would be a good staff member and helper to the community. I would not let disrespectful players get off without warning/punishment so that way I can keep the community clean from hateful players. I also think I should be chosen because I have lots of SAdmin/Staff Manager/moderator experience, also said by Raspberry Fusion, and I know not to abuse my powers and when to use them at the right time. I would Also like to add that the servers I have had staff experience were called neon server (SAdmin, Shutdown), PGC (Mod, Sold), and I have also been Staff Manager on the neon server too. I also think I would benefit being mod so I can help the server when there are no staff on. For example, I joined zarp and instantly noticed a group of people breaking so many rules including ghosting, breaking English rule, they were speaking different language in voice chat and they were voice spamming,giving free runs every round. if I was mod, I could have told them not to give free runs, warned all the ghosters, tell them to speak English, when I did they didn't listen, and gag the spammers (This is a true story).
