NLR otherwords New life rule is when someone is killed and they return to the same location without waiting 3 minutes or if it were a raid you would have to wait 10 minutes before raiding the same base. Someone is about to raid a base and he dies but then he returns to the same location/base and attempts to raid once again without waiting 10 minutes

This guy is a poilce officer and he wants all poilce to meet up somewhere and he types // All poilce, Sas and SWAT meet up at the fountain so we can stop this guy doing drugs | or if someone was a gun dealer and he wanted everone to come to his shop and sell his gun and he does // Come down to the new cheap gunstore next to the bank, Insted you would use /advert to show everone where your gun shop is. Examples are good, but explanation is wrong. You're supposed to use Out Of Character in OOC. That's what the channel is for. IC is a different thing.
