What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a player is dead yet he still feeds information to players that are alive and that gives runners an unfair advantage over deaths.

If i die while i am on the Minecraft map and i tell my friend in chat which portal to go to so he does not die that is ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If i was staff and a player was being disrespectful towards another player or a member of staff i would first verbally warn them if it was the first time they did it if they continue i would give them a warning and mute/gag them.if they persist i would repeat this process until they stop or reach the warning threshold.

Why I should be chosen: I think i should be chosen because while i am not staff i tend to tell people if they are breaking the rules and if i could and if they deserve a warning i would give it.This most likely stems from the time i was staff on a semi popular server on minecraft
i also will be a lot more active on the server as when i joined i was very involved with an rp server but now that server has been converted to a TDM server (RedSnow) so now i will be on Zarp gaming deathrun server alot more.
