I have suggested it but still, a permaban for a misunderstanding is poor admining in my opinion as to him it was a bit of "banter". By no means am I saying the ban should be lifted and if it really hurt people as much as they say it did a ban should be served but not an endless one, I would much see a week/weeks/month ban being more appropriate.
In addition I didnt know nazism was a permaban and everything can be interpreted in different ways, taking this with a pinch of salt was probably what he expected people to do, not to serve a perma-ban. Admins can deal with situations how they feel but that does not mean they should permaban someone for rdming once, I believe what is meant by that is that they can deal with IG situations differently, not banning times differently.
