Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

RDM - Random Deathmatch is when somebody (a player) attacks or kills another player for no apparent or clear RP reason. This could be for any reason that does not comply with an RP reason (such as raiding). An example of this would be a player is walking down the street and sees a hobo. The first player (player x) takes out a gun and kills player y (Hobo) because he is ugly. This is not a real reason for killing him. A real reason in this situation could have been self defence which is an RP reason.

If a player has rdm'd : If I watched it happen I would freeze the player and I would explain to them that I'm going to either warn or jail them for the first offence but if they continue it could result in a kick or ban for further punishment. Although If It was a report from the logs, I would teleport the Victim to a roof and question him about the Situation, I would then teleport the User that was Reported and Ask them why the killed the Victim if he Doesn't give a rp related reason, Warn him for rdm, If his reason was for a RP Related reason I will ask the Victim if He can present proof to me, That it was rdm, If the player cannot the present proof I will have to leave it like that And keep an eye out.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.NLR - Nlr is classed as New Life Rule : New life rule is when you die either by getting raided or mugged etc, and then go back to the place within a couple minutes. Nlr aswell counts as when you "Die" you forget everything from your previous life with the exceptions of : Name, house location/base, Job, ect. Hence why Revenge RDM is also classed as Nlr, FailRP and Rdm. NLR Can be used in // As Well this should be stuck to PMin'

Example: Player X is raiding player Y and he kills player X, then player X goes straight back to his death point to kill Player Y.

How I would deal with it : If the player has broken Nlr I would either verbally warn him for first offence and if the player was unaware of this I will tell him to read over the rules, If they player has a knowledge of Nlr I will warn them as they knew they was breaking the rule.

Metagaming is when a player uses OOC - Out Of Character Chat, for something IC - In Character, this is probably one of the most broken rules in DarkRP Mainly used for Locations although It Can be used for anything Example

(OOC) Jamie : There are 4 Bank Defenders! Lets go,
(OOC) Jamie : Police at the Fountain
(OOC) Jamie : Meet me Car Dealer
...Jamie Breaks Metagaming too much

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would go to a rooftop and bring both the accused player and the player that has made the F1. I would chat to both players to gather both sides of the story to try and find a good basis for a story so that I can gather a clearer idea and understanding of what has gone on. If the player admits to RDMing, I would just warn him and then return both players but if he denies any involvement I would ask for some proof (screenshot, video will do) at the F1 and if this condition is met and the evidence is thorough and sufficient; I will warn the player for RDM. If it is not, I would ask the player to provide further and more sufficient proof on the forums which would allow other staff to be involved and a better judgement and conclusion for the case will be made.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Depending on how old - Priority the F1 is, I will teleport to the player and bring the accused player to a rooftop or a quiet location on the map. I would establish what player x was doing at the time e.g Basing or Raiding then I would ask player y if he did break NLR to start off with and if he admits to breaking NLR I will give him a warn him and then the F1 would be over. There are a few more scenarios that I am now going to list as to what I would do in this situation. People can misunderstand that cops are allowed to break NLR at the PD and so if this was the case, I would just explain this to them and let them go on their way. I would ask player x for evidence of NLR of some kind, whether it be a screenshot (if provided in F1) I would give a warning for NLR. If there is no evidence or insufficient evidence available at the scene of the F1 I would politely ask the victim of the supposed NLR to take it to the forums with proof and I would return both players without a warning enforced on the player accused of NLR.

First of all, this is clear metagaming. The chat he is using is OOC which is strictly 'OUT OF CHARACTER' so asking for help is in character actions which is not allowed on the server. I would tell the player to stop (why are you metagaming). Some players can often misunderstand or not understand at all the meaning of metagaming so if this is the case I would explain to him what it is and let him off without a warning and if I saw him do it again I would warn him. For the first time I ever see a player do this I would give them what I would call a 'verbal' warning but if I ever see it again a warning would be sufficient to (usually) stop them from persistently breaking rules such as this one as multiple warns will lead to a kick and then a ban.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).I'm mature, for my age (Aswell I recently Cashed out my CSGO Inventory for around $1000 USD - Sold around 500 keys for IRL Money) Most people do get shocked by my age when it comes to serious matters as I can react well to them . I know what to do in certain situations, I know how to handle situations well. I can stay calm under pressure. I can take both points of views and review them, making sure that only the fairest decision is made. Aswell, I have experience in moderation and ownership, being Moderators on both Ninjah-Gaming Basewars And Countless Mod On Other Servers Also Super Admin on a Server which Recently Shut down Could probably contact the owner for the Name if its really needed, Mod on FRG Basewars along with Jamie. I've also owned a DarkRP for a very short period of time, and we owned some successful minecraft servers. I aswell have had a large amount of experience within the darkrp gamemode, and have already started helping moderators in game by pointing out rulebreakers and generally helping the community and also helping new players to start out I would say Im pretty know towards the staff And I rarely break rules,
This is my First application on the Zarp Servers, This is by far my favourite DarkRP Server, Aswell Today is My Offical 11th Month On the server since I Joined Zarp

I also have quiet a good leadership skill, Ex Owner of the Gang Outsiders, Which has now got a suprising amount of Superadmins and ex superadmins ;D
