I've seen you a few times and I couldn't really notice anything bad about you but your time can be improved (I am not saying it's bad) but since you haven't got any expierence as mod, as you didn't mention anything about it, you need to work on that. Also this application looks pretty sloppy and rushed so you need to improve that aswell.
