Activity this week has been phenomenal. although you've only been playing actively since a week ago.

Application is very clean, professional, and most of the answers are correct- here are some improvements you could make:

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

The New Life Rule means when you were killed, you to not remember anything that happend before you died
You cant return to the location you were killed for 3 mins.Also you can not have revenge on that person after he killed you if you would it would be counted as RDM(Random Death Match)

Remember, NLR counts for districts, maybe that was what you meant by "location", but specificality is key in an application.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

So Metagaming is when a person is sharing the information in OOC that he should not share
Example:

You could do with expanding on this definition, you can find the Metagaming rule under rule 2.3 in the SSRP Rules thread.

Other than that, the application is fine

Anyways, I'm going to go with a:

You've only been playing actively for a short time, and the application needs some slight alterations. I'd recommend applying again in a week, maintain strong activity during this time and you should be golden.
