Bhop section:
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
Id start off with the basics. I would explain to him how Bhop works then when I've sufficiently explained to them how Bhop i would begin by explaining how to prespeed. I would tell them to hold A and to slowly turn their mouse to the left. Once they see they are gaining speed doing this I would explain how strafing works. After this they should know how to Bhop. If they don't I would tell them to Spectate me using the scoreboard. I would Bhop slowly to show them the basic movements and the affects of said movements. If after all this they still have no idea how to bunnyhop I would link them to a Youtube Bhop tutorial video and would help them along in the future.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Depending on the two forms of spam I would:
- Mic Spam.

• If the user was unknowingly transmitting his microphone I would gag him and warn him that if he continues he will get a warning and will remain gagged till the end of the map. If he agrees to stop I would ungag him.
• If the user continues/Is knowingly spamming their mic (singing,screaming...) I would gag them, warn them for micspam and leave them gagged till the map gets RTV'd.

- Text Spam.

• Offensive spamming such as racial slurs and insulting other players.
  In this case I would instantly mute them and warn them for disrespect/racism according to the rule they have broken.
• Spamming binds.
  In this case I would verbally warn the user to not spam in the future or he would get a warning. If he continued doing so I would mute/warn them for chat spam.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Exploiting bugs to lag/crash server.
I would tell them to stop if they continued doing so I would kick them and notify a higher ranking staff member to ban them if they returned and keep doing it.

Why I should be chosen:
.I have a lot of past staff experience. I was staff on a different Bhop server so I know the rules. I'm currently also staff on Zarp Deathrun. I know how to Bhop pretty well and I know how to teach Bhop and have taught quite a few players in the past.

Extra Information:
I've been bhopping for quite a while. I've finished most of the hard maps that aren't based on Long Jump (not that good at it).
My Playtime is decent but my activity is low because I usually leave the server when it breaks (platforms and players go invisible) and when the map doesn't change for ages. If I became staff my activity would rise, its already rising due to the new maps that have been added and I'm looking forward to playing on the server.
