How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I wouldn't start an argument. I would ask them to calmly quiet down, so everyone else can enjoy themselves. I wouldn't mute/kick them right away, I would warn them, like any other responsible Mod.

Why I should be chosen: I think I would be a good moderator, because some of my traits are being, responsible and mature. I've never come out and apply for Moderator before, so I think it could be a good Experience for me. I've also paid close attention to how other Moderators handle situations, and I've always wanted to help out, and make sure everyone has a good time in the server. ZARP Gaming is a Great Server to be on, and it's fair, unlike many other servers. And I know what you're thinking, I'm just doing this for the points in the shop. Well, i'm not. I'm doing it, to restore order in case anything goes rough. That might be a job for admin, but Moderators could help out too.
