Johnny is a nice guy, responsible and trusted within the community. With previous staff expierience and being the owner of one of the biggest gangs on the SSRP Servers I believe Jonny could fare well in high stress situations, and be able to do F1s on his own without the supervision/help from a higher up staff member, or another Moderator.
