What is Ghosting? and give an example:
- First of all someone who is ghosting is dead. ALIVE PEOPLE who say something about an event that has (or hasn't occured) is NOT ghosting
- The dead player says something that he can see but alive people (most of the time the ''Runners'') can't see. The dead player gives crucial information that gives the Runners a better(/unfair) chance of surviving
- What is ghosting you ask? It's wrong!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
- Disrespecting someone is for everyone different so this is what I think is called; ''Disrespecting''
1) Harassing people/being offensive towards them (saying something bad about someone's belief or thoughts)
2) Being offensive in general (saying disease(s) after he for example died or just saying it for no good reason. diseases i highly do not recommend you to say when i'm in the server; anything about cancer, ebola, aids etc.) I can tell when something ''may'' be banter but usually i can not laugh about it.
- Basically any of those things i would punish with;
1. Give a very strict verbal/chat warning (Not with the command !warning) about it. Telling them very clearly I do not accept what they're doing
2. (if not stopping) I will use !warning (the reason)
3. (still not stopping) I will gag and/or mute with !gag/mute ''Player'' Continued disrespecting after warning)

Why I should be chosen: I know that many of you guys do not even know me that well but some of you do. Although my time isn't the best and you might not know me, I think I have a pretty fair chance. I have been a Staff Leader (another name for: Super Admin) on the Deathrun server ''BananaGaming'', also I have been a developer and co-owner of the Deathrun server ''NeptuneGaming''. So I know all the basic commands + I even know about how to manage staff and develop a server. I have spent years playing on DeathRun servers (This account and my actual main account included). So I hope you can not think about my time playing on this server only but general skills I have gained throughout the years. EDIT: I have 0 warnings, so I'm a good boy
