Recording is not a viable option for everybody, and he wasn't expecting to lose anything so he wasn't spamming screenshots.

It's just like when an admin Rdmd me and I lost a Milkor. He just drew a smiley face and asked "got any proof". I had no way of delivering justice.

It's just like taking an SS of your inventory and then saying you lost it all.
He has proof of him having the rpg, but no proof of him actually losing it.

But how would he get that proof he needs.

Recording Software would be the most viable choice.
We can't just refund for that.
EDIT: He could SS himself with the RPG in hand when the disconnect thing pops up in the corner
