My opinion probably doesn't matter but:

Positives:
-Friendly guy, based with him on server two
-Mature
-Clear understanding of the rules
-Wants to help others, this was proven to me by his growing tutorial (www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/darkr...srp-growing-tutorial)
-Quite a lot of total time on the server (90 hours)

That brings me to
Negatives:
-Activity seems to show that he is not online on Mondays or Tuesdays? (I personally don't see it as a real problem. He probably doesn't have control over it)
